Questions about subscriptions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from Settings, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on Free. No fees, no phone calls.
How does the trial work?
Start it with one tap in Settings, once per account. For 14 days you get all of Full, no card. When it ends you're back on your plan, with nothing charged.
Do I lose anything if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted: songs, versions, stems and links stay. Uploads beyond the plan's space and additions beyond its limits stop, until you free up space or move back up.
What about the right of withdrawal?
Your plan starts right after payment: before you pay we ask you to confirm that, and so the EU consumer 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply. You can still cancel anytime: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Details are in the Terms, under Right of withdrawal.
Is VAT included?
Prices are final: what you see is what you pay, with no VAT to add.
Try it first, choose later.
Free already gives you the Lab, lyrics, links and an artist page. When you need more, you know where to find it.
